Published 22 March 2017

Ant Anstead is promising to keep Mike Brewer on his toes. He says, 'If I don't like a car - I'll say so.'

Yeah right but you will be talking to yourself as we won't be watching

Ant is great so give him a chance. It won't be the same but might still be OK, just different!

Yet another great programme ruined.

Blah Blah. I don't care because I won't be watching either!

sorry count me out, Wheeler Dealers is gone for me and many others!

"Ant is great....." You've got to be joking???? Promo photos where he folds his arms and uses one hand to push out a bicep - Jesus! You just KNOW he'd LOVE to be introduced as "Ladies man, racing driver, and all round hero Ant Anstead....." but none of that would be true 'Ant'. He's an ex-policeman for God's sake! And the STORIES he tells about that! Just an awful self-promoting, self-loving irritant.
Wheeler Dealers is no more.

I quite agree.Ant is an Insufferably smug annoying presenter. It's been the one program I've genuinely looked forward to for years. Ed was right, it's the spannering part of the show that is by far the most interesting. Its amazing that tv producers can be so out of touch with their audience?
