Dealer H R Owen to launch classic car venture

Published 20 October 2015

Luxury car dealer H.R. Owen is set to break into the classic car market. The London-based firm will be selling and sourcing cars from all over the world with its new venture H. R. Owen Classic Cars.

The company hopes to use a global network of contacts, customers and relationships with premium manufacturers to offers only the best cars. With a long-established dealer business, you can also expect a strong emphasis on customer service.

And with a raft of highly-trained in-house technicians – many with decade of experience working for car makers like Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin and Ferrari – each car should be almost as good as the day it left the factory.

Tom King, H. R. Owen marketing director, said launching a classic car business was something the company had been considering for a while.

King said, ‘For the past few years we’ve been watching the ever-growing classic car market and listening to an increasing amount of H.R. Owen customers who either want to buy a classic from us or want us to help them source a classic.

‘But before we fully committed ourselves to the classic car market we wanted to make sure we had an offering worthy of the H.R. Owen name. With H.R. Owen Classic Cars we’re confident that the reputation we’ve built as the world’s leading luxury car dealer is set to flourish further.’
