Should I buy a used Peugeot 205?

I was wondering what your opinion on buying used Peugeot 205s were - a good buy?
Currently looking at a 1993 L reg red turbo diesel model with 99,000 miles and price range £600 - £900.

The non turbo 205 diesels are a better bet then the turbos. They don't rust badly. But they are very lightly constructed, so check all suspension and mountings.
