Problems to look for in a 2002 XK8 convertible?

Dear Honest John,

I have the opportunity to purchase a fine example of a very low mileage 2002 Jaguar XK8 convertible which has had one private owner from new.

It is in excellent condition and has been very well maintained.

Most of its use has been for local short journeys, and that's the reason for my question.

Given it's history of little use, low mileage and short journeys, what (if anything) should I look out for that might lead to expensive repair bills?

Rotted out exhaust system, rusted brake discs, wiring problems from condensation, transmission problems from condensation.
