How can I fix my Porsche 944's electrical problems?

My Porsche 944's horn has suddenly stopped working. I have checked the relays and have even replaced both horns but still no noise. Any ideas what I should try next?

Also, after sitting over the winter, the driver's side electric window has stopped working, power is getting to the motor but is not powering it. Could this simply be the motor has had it?

The contacts in the steering wheel and steering column. But if the car has an airbag, don't attempt to do this yourself or it might go off in your face and injure you. The driver's window motor is probably suffering moisture damage. Could be that a squirt of WD40 will free it. Otherwise, new motor.
