Should I buy an Alfa Romeo Spider?

I have been offered a 1996 red Alfa Romeo Spider which I understand is in concours condition. It has just been serviced and has a new cam belt, full history and 62,000 miles on the clock. It has also only had one owner and is sold with a full MoT. The seller wants £3000. Is this a fair price?
