What should I look for when buying a Jaguar XKR?
I'm interested in buying an old Jaguar XKR but I'm worried about reliability and what to look for when buying. I have had a 2000 Porsche Boxster before and I know they have a good reputation for reliability but I'd really prefer a change. Can you give me some tips?

An XK8 or an XKR is a decent entry into Jaguar ownership. Any old car has its faults and won't survive maintenance-free. As always, the same rules apply - do your homework and see as many examples as possible. If in doubt, take along an impartial observer.
