Vauxhall Velox and Cresta PA (1957 - 1962)

Vauxhall Heritage's 1959 PA Velox is actually quite a nice old boat to drive. The thin-rimmed steering wheel is huge (almost as big as the road wheels), but it responds to the helm quite well and the 'three on the tree' manual gearchange is easy to manage. Because of the decent torque and low gearing, you cvan leave it in 3rd for a lot of the time. Big, soft bench seats are superbly comfortable, the car rides speed humps well and visibility through the wraparound screens front and rear is excellent. There's no excuse for bumping one while parking because you can clearly see every corner.
