Setting aside the sporting models, which are generally quite fast and rewarding to drive, you're unlikely to get a huge amount of reward out of driving a Vectra at pace.

What you do get, though, is a refined, comfortable and extremely practical car that you can run for pennies. Now they're getting rarer, early Vectras are garnering quite a bit of interest. Yet at the same time, they're perfectly capable of covering long distances, quickly and comfortably, making them a good choice as an unusual retro daily.
