Edwardes had £500,000 handshake from ICL

Sir Michael Edwardes the former BL chairman's six month spell running computer group ICL was worth £500,000 (Clliff Feltham writes).
This is the amount he collected after ICL was taken over by electronics group STC, it was confirmed yesterday. Sir Michael stands to pick up another £468,000 under the terms of his contract if the group he now heads, Dunlop, is taken over by bidders BTR.
