Triumph Dispute Continues

Two separate disputes are affecting production at the Triumph factories at Speke, Liverpool, where 1,100 men are on strike or laid off. The plant resumed production on Monday after a two-week shutdown because of a strike by jig operators.400 Men were laid off at British Leyland's Triumph car plant in Coventry because of a shortage of car bodies supplied by the company's Liverpool plant.
