Where's the best place to sell a classic car?

I am an executor for a recently deceased friend and I am seeking to find the most efficient way of selling his 1964 Mercedes Coupe. It has only had two owners and a genuine mileage of just over 27,000, with a full service history. The vehicle was part-way through a full restoration on the death of my friend, but regrettably remains unfinished and his widow seeks to sell it. Where’s the best place to sell it?

I would use: www.historics.co.uk They hold a classic car auction every three months at Brooklands Museum, Weybridge. They will also give you a sensible valuation.
