Will the Citroen Xantia ever become a classic?

I noted in an article in the newspaper that the Citroen XM was becoming a modern classic. I currently have a 2000 Citroen Xantia 2.0 HDi, which runs well and occasionally gives a few problems.

Although it is not worth much I would like to keep it as I have an independent garage that specialises in Citroens. As many people consider the Xantia to be the last of the "true Citroens'' what are the chances of it becoming a classic like the XM?

It was a great car. But so was a GS and look where that sits in classic desirability. The Xantia Activa might be cherished, but it's so complicated that very few will still work properly and if part of the system seizes it could be very dangerous.
