BMS Surrey, Leatherhead

Ive taken my M5 there several times now every time the diagnosis has been swift and accurate, the repairs have been on time and very reasonably priced. This setup is how BMW should work. Forget your lattes and valeting and go to BMS and get your car done by the guys BMW couldnt keep.

I had a problem with my 5 series remote central locking and after one phone call I was confident in this garage and they knew exactly what to do. They diagnosed and fixed for a lot less than the BMW dealers.

My 14 year old BMW Z3 would not stop alarming. I called BMS and spoke to Lee who (hearing the distress in my voice) told me to come by even though they were very busy. Lee ran the diagnostics on the car and found some faults. He methodically dealt with each one. I was so impressed I booked in for further repairs the following week. Lee didn't try to sell me anything when in fact he could (the car is old and could have many expensive upgrades). I will be recommending BMS to all my BMW owner friends. Very happy.

Impressive! Beats the BMW franchise on quality of service, customer care and price!! My car, a 330i M sport touring, was due its regular mileage based oil service (plus there a ‘squeak’ to investigate) and to date I have always taken the car back to my local BMW, who have served me well. However the Burgh Heath BMW garage closed so this prompted me to look around for an alternative and I am pleased that I did. I came across BMS Surrey and thought I would give them a call based on some reviews. So I phone and spoke with Kevin. Now I don’t normally write reviews but thought that on this occasion they deserved it. Kevin collected my car from where I work in Kingswood at the agreed time, he phoned me during the day to update me, diagnosed and repaired the ‘squeak’, and returned the car with a full valet inside and out. Kevin was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional; I would certainly use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BMS Surrey.

My BMW X5 recently came to BMS Surrey with major problems. I had the car misdiagnosed on 4 occasions with the AA, a local garage and BMW themselves! I have regretfully spent a fortune on the car and it still broke down with an unknown problem. I found BMS on a google search and contacted Kevin. He was extremely helpful and patient. I was finding the whole experience very stressful and he listened very carefully and I had the car booked in a few days later with him and Lee. They both immediately diagnosed the problem and were able to fix the car in no time at all and at a very competitive price. It was such a relief to trust in a mechanic again and believe they had fixed the problem. I have since had a full service and MOT on the car which again was smooth sailing and BMS were highly professional. I will continue to use this garage as will my husband. I strongly recommend to anyone to use this company to have their car fixed or serviced etc. 10/10 for customer service & 10/10 for expertise. Thank you so much.
