You dont want (more?) "easy start" suggestions, you just want it to start easy?

I use a squirt of butane from a blowtorch or camping gas cylinder. This has the advantage that you cant flood the engine or wash the oil off the bores, both of which are possible using a choke.

IF old fuel might be an issue, use new fuel. This could be accessed directly via the fuel line, bypassing the tank until you get it running.
