How many can say that! Purchased ours in June with the weather in the high twenties, perfect for jaunts into the country and a nice lunch.
A track day car this is certainly not. Smooth and refined with nice cold air conditioning for the hottest days, you sense the pleasure this car gave to the first owner when purchased new, the fact that it was £70k + Then makes it even more pleasurable knowing you have this wonderful car for a fraction of the list price.
I m o the R129 design has weathered well and looks even better now after the shock launch following the W107 Design. The cars now look modern and classy. Colour is important as some are dated.
Driving is a real pleasure and has modern amenities like cruise and auto wipers, it also dose not ruffle the hair with the wind deflector in place (Hence my wife approves) And the car has presence.
They are well built and a good independent can keep you on the road at reasonable cost,
Find a good loved one, keep it well serviced and enjoy the experience. Can only go up in value now
