BCA auctions Golf Cabrio in aid of Help For Heroes
A 1988 Volkswagen Golf GTI Cabriolet is to be sold at BCA Blackbushe on 12 May with all the proceeds going to the charity Help for Heroes. The car has been donated by the lady owner who has owned it since 1990.
The F-registration example is currently on display in the concourse at BCA Blackbushe, and is finished in Metallic blue, with a grey cloth interior and has covered 89,000 miles since being registered in November 1988. It has an MoT until April 2015.
The sale includes the original VW branded shopping bag and matching baseball caps that came with the car when it was sold new. BCA is waiving all fees to ensure the car makes the most possible money when it is sold. The car will be sold around 12 Noon at BCA Blackbushe, Auction Centre.
