the perfect urban SUV

Having bought a normal Yaris which I loved I went back to the dealer and traded it in for a low mileage demonstrator (5,000 miles!). Having had the car for over a month and driven over 1000 miles mainly in the urban environment I am supremely happy with my purchase. On the Toyota app (MyT) I often achieve over 100 mpg in urban driving with electric power operating 65-70% of the time. Trips to the fuel pump are rare. Seats are comfortable and car drives like a dream. I thought the steering was very responsive running continuously with lane keep assist on until I realised that if I held the steering wheel very loosely the car was steering itself between the white lines. Having owned ery car possible from high end German brands to the Smart Fortwo this is easily one of the best cars I have ever owned.
