Charles Ware’s Morris Minor Centre to sell parts online

Published 10 August 2017

Charles Ware’s Morris Minor Centre is to start selling parts online – 40 years after the business was launched. The Bristol-based firm, which is one of the best known Minor specialists, already supplies parts around the world.

It currently has parts listed on its website, but doesn't sell them direct. Now it hopes the updated website at www.morrisminor.org.uk will make it easier and quicker for Moggy fans to get the bits they need.

Launching on 16 August, the new parts section of the website features updated exploded diagrams found in the traditional catalogues. It then matches the photograph of the item to part and provides a more detailed view, suggesting other parts that may be required or any special fitting and fixing kits.

Clear categories, easy navigation, and handy search facilities should make life easier for anyone looking to service, restore and upgrade their Morris Minor. Where parts are special order a quotation can be requested and a member of staff will contact customers by email or phone.

Existing customers can link their online account to their existing Charles Ware’s account while Morris Minor Owners’ Club members can take advantage of special prices. But don’t fear – the firm will continue to provide a friendly advice and service on the telephone if you’re unsure about which bits you need.

Morris Minor Traveller For Sale

New website will continue to features cars for sale, like this Traveller.

It’s not just the parts section that has been updated, though. Cars For Sale features the firm’s current stock list, while an easy-to-use questionnaire helps you find your dream car. The Restoration Pages provide a list of services and specialist skills for the restoration and preservation of your Morris Minor.

And the Series III Upgrades pages are perfect if you want to update your car with sensible modifications for modern driving conditions. Buyers will also get a free Charles Ware pen with torch and stylus comes with their first online order.
