Jensen FF Given the Fast n' Loud Treatment
Published 23 November 2014
Taking a lead from Richard Rawlings and Aaron Kauffman's treatment of a Chevrolet station wagon at the Gas Monkey Garage, UK Jensen restorer Bavarez has supercharged a Rare Jensen FF.
The Jensen FF Silver Slammington was a real head turner at the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show at the NEC last weekend.
In contrast to the week or so needed by Gas Monkey Garage, Bavarez took two years to turn what was left of a barn find but matching-numbers Jensen FF into a dragstrip hot-rod showcar, promising a theoretical 1,000HP.
The Jensen FF Silver Slammington is the most expensive Jensen restoration to date. For more information about Bavarez’s work and bespoke projects, visit www.bavarez.co.uk
