Techno Classica 2015: Topless Lamborghini Miura is a treat
Published 16 April 2015
A stunning one-off Miura roadster was the big draw on the Lamborghini stand at this year’s Essen classic car show.
The one-off Miura was built by Bertone as a show car for the 1968 Brussels motor show. It appeared at several other shows that year, and was then sold.
Of course, a few other Miuras have been given the tin-opener treatment, but as far as we know this is the only factory-built soft-top.
Restored in the mid-2000s, it has appeared at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in 2008 and the Amelia Island concours in 2013.
