Preview: MGOC gathering, Arundel Castle, 13 April

Arundel Castle in West Sussex is set to play host to the Chichester MG Owner’s Club Gathering this Sunday 13 April 2014. The gathering will see more than 150 MGs descend on Arundel Castle’s Lower Lawns, forming a display of vintage cars against the backdrop of the 15th century Castle.

Members of Chichester MG Owners Club will be displaying their vehicles, with a wide range of models on show from the T-Series Midgets to the last of the TFs. With the Tulip Festival in full bloom at Arundel Castle plus 40 acres of grounds and gardens to explore, the MG Owners Club Gathering is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a family day out at Arundel Castle – providing plenty of entertainment visitors of all ages.

Arundel Castle will also welcome the Classic Corvette Club UK later this year. The CCCUK’s Cruise to Arundel Castle will take place on 5 July, displaying exquisite styles of the much loved American sports car through the ages. Castle Manager Bryan McDonald commented: 'We are delighted to be playing host to these two classic car events, they add a real twist to the Castle’s historical events calendar. It is lovely to see so many visitors thrilled by the opportunity to come face to face with such beautiful vehicles, as well as seeing the enthusiasm that each car owner exudes.
