Six Classic Porsches in Historics 23rd November Auction
One 1958 356A and Five 911s from 1971 to 2001 in Historics 100th auction of 155 classics at Mercedes Benz World Weybridge on 23rd November. Catalogue now on sale, price £30, admits two to the auction.
Lot 139 is a RHD 1976 Porsche 911 2.7 Lux, owned and cherished by the vendor since 1980. Has an electric sunroof and windows, 165HP and is describes as a very good, genuine example. Sensibly estimated at £30,000 to £35,000.
Lot 144 is an original RHD 1971 Porsche 911T 2.2T Carrera LWB with optional electric roof and windows. Full ground up restoration by Norfolk Premier Coachworks, fresh dampers, powder coated suspension, full engine overhaul and new carpets. Massive history file. Estimated at £72,000 to £85,000.
Lot 152 is a RHD 1979 Porsche 911/930 Turbo 3.3 with Porsche service history of 11 stamps to July 1996 followed by two extensive rebuilds. Very extensive history file at the desk. Estimated at £68,000 to £75,000.
Lot 190 is a LHD 1973 late F Series Porsche 911T imported from the USA in 2012 and sensible modified with a Weber 40IDA carburettor, Bilstein sports dampers and a Scart stainless steel exhaust system. A very fine example. More detail in the catalogue. Estimated at £48,000 to £58,000.
Lot 207 is a LHD 1958 Porsche 356A coupe. This car has a competition history over 20 years having competed in the Liège-Rome- Liège, Coupes des Alpes, Monte-Carlo, Classic Marathon and Classic Malts amongst others. It comes with FIVA papers 1999 and features a 1,720cc flat four engine. For the extensive competition modifications, please refer to the catalogue entry. It is estimated at £72,000 to £80,000.
Lot 243 is a 2001 Porsche 911/996 Turbo. A LHD low mileage car (27,527) imported from dry Dubai in 2017 and fully equipped with black leather interior climate control air conditioning, cruise control, electric sports seats, satellite navigation, parking sensors, electric sunroof and electric door mirrors. Wonderful condition throughout eminently usable day to day and sensibly estimated at £42,000 to £50,000.
