Mini motorists welcome at museum

Published 07 February 2018

The British Motor Museum is to hold a series of Mini Motorists events this year. The activity days are aimed children under five and have proved a huge hit with younger enthusiasts. They take place on a regular monthly basis and are held on Mondays.

There’s no need to book – just turn up at the Gaydon-based museum between 10.30am and 12pm and help your little person discover the fun of four wheels. Monthly activitie vary but often include story-telling, crafts, automotive Duplo, playtime with toy cars, cars to sit in, dressing up and sing-a-longs.

Dates for upcoming sessions are 19 February, 19 March, and 16 April. More information for each month’s activities is available at the museum’s website.

The Museum has a family friendly Café with highchairs and children’s lunch box meals - as well plenty of coffee, tea and cake. There are baby changing and a lift (or escalator) to the café – but the museum is on one level a buggy friendly.
