759 mile MG ZR heads to auction
A 2005 MG ZR with 759 miles on the clock is heading to auction. The 1.4-litre MkII manual will go under the hammer at Classic Car Auctions’ September Sale.
The three-door could fetch between £5000 and £7000 at the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre on 23 September.
Barely driven since it left the Longbridge factory 12 years ago, the car is in almost new condition having been placed on SORN and kept in storage shortly after it was purchased by its first and only owner.
Finished in blue with a black check interior, both the exterior and interior of the carare said to be in showroom condition.

‘This car is simply stunning in every respect,’ said Simon Langsdale, CCA's classic car consignor. ‘Low-mileage modern classics are extremely popular these days, and I very much doubt there’s another one in this condition and with this mileage out there.’
The MG ZR is accompanied by all the original booklets and SORN certificates, as well as old MoTs from its short time on the road. Visit classiccarauctions.co.uk to find out more.
