BMW M5 collection up for sale
A collection of seven BMW M5s will go under the hammer later this month.
The M5s from almost every era are for sale at Classic Car Auctions’ 6 June sale at the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre.
The collection ranges from the earliest model in the series, the E28, to the 25th anniversary edition. The current vendor started the collection around four years ago, purchasing classics that he could enjoy and use on a daily basis, as well as could provide great potential for future investment.
Our favourite from the collection is the 1987 BMW E28 M5 saloon. Showing 176,000 miles, this classic has been well cared for and is supplied with a fresh MoT certificate and is offered with no reserve.
Also up for sale is a 1991 BMW E34 M5 3.6 saloon, which was treated to a £5000 full body restoration in August 2014. Finished in Macao Blue metallic with grey leather interior, it is an original UK-supplied right-hand drive M5 3.6.
