Love the car

I purchased this car from Volvo in Exeter, at a price of nearly £63,000. The car is fantastic to drive, but not getting as many miles from the battery as promised.
The main complaint I have is that when I purchased this very expensive car I was promised a charging point would be put in for us free of charge.
I was NOT told it would have to go through Shell Recharge and fill out a numerous page form having to take measurements everywhere of the house, photos of electrics, plumbing, walls inside and out.
After several emails and phone calls I was told I never sent it to Shell Recharge and could I fill it in again. (No way). Eventually they apologised and said it had been misfiled. Now, several months later they are saying I need to have more things done before they can fit it. I have had an electrician come and he said there is no problem to fitting one for us.
PLEASE VOLVO SORT THIS OUT.
