Ongoing technical problems
I bought my Karoq new in December this year. It is great to drive and has a brilliant amount of space. However, I have had to return to the garage 4 times as there is a technical fault that is ongoing. The SOS system fails which then affects the phone and sat nav. Apparently this is a Skoda wide issue and as yet there is no fix. Long visits to the dealer and incredibly poor customer service has caused huge frustration. No one shows any care or acknowledgement of the fact this shouldn’t be happening in a brand new car. Apparently this is a known issue but the dealer has only just admitted this. It is taking the pleasure out of having a new vehicle and therefore I am now wishing I had made a different choice.
