Ford Fiesta Mk 7.5 2015 - Brake drums rust solution

Hello, due to the car was wandering for job into islands, the salt, moisture, the general atmosphere of the climate,my brake drums have rust.

What is the best solution you have found for removing rust from brake drums, most common i have read is rubbing rust, then high temperature paint such as motip high heat 800,but i don't know how costly could be,how it could last the result.

How have you removed your rust from your car brake drums?
