I bought this vehicle new in August this year. On collecting it (having paid in full as opposed to on finance) I was told there was only 1 key, no lockable wheel nuts and no manual. Three months later I am still waiting for these, although they have now said I can call in and have the second key programmed. As I live over an hour from the dealership and this will take time to do I do not want to then make extra journeys when the wheel nuts and then manual arrive. For a luxury vehicle this is appalling service.
