A wonderfully engineered status symbol

The 520i has great performance for a 2.2L, feels more like a 2.5L. Silky smooth strait 6, with a great sound, however the engine could do with more torque. Beautiful ride, and crisp gear change make this car a joy to drive, brilliant motorway power, a true outside lane cruiser. The car has top notch build quality and has a wonderfully comfortable ride and a well designed interior. The climate control system is an option well worth considering. This is said to be the best 5 series design to date, a real enthusiasts car. If your in the market for a large executive and fairly rare car, and you can afford the fairly steep running and maintenance costs, this is the car for you.
