Bicester Heritage's New Year Sunday Scramble is open to all historic vehicle owners and enthusiasts. The traditional opening event of the year for Historic Rally Car Register (HRCR) members returns to the British Motor Museum.
The HRCR helps to bring together various forms of motorsport including scenic tours, speed series and stage rallies to make up the 6 HRCR championships that take place around the country.
The theme for the 2019 Open Day is the 60th Anniversary of the British Motor Corporation Mini. The winners and their 6 Mini's from the last 10 years of the HRCR Mini Sport Cup will be here.
This event is a social gathering that members and many in the historic rally community won’t want to miss. You can register for the HRCR, meet friends both old and new, talk to organisers of the events in the HRCR Championships and see an array of historic rally cars from the 1950s through to the 1980s.
The Open Day runs from 9:30am – 4pm with the Museum open from 10am – 5pm. Entry to the HRCR Open Day is free of charge and accessed at the rear of the Museum building.
