Can I override my 1996 Peugeot 106's immobiliser?

I have a 1996 Peugeot 106. The immobiliser has locked itself. The red and green light are on together and the dashboard lights are on too, but it wont start. Is there a way to override this?

Pull apart the correct connector block under the central console. But I can't remember which one.
