Dealer won't fix my broken Range Rover - what are my rights?

I've just spent £15,400 on a 2009 Range Rover from a trader. Within hours the car developed faults that I assumed would be covered in the change to the consumer goods act, 2015. I phoned the dealer, but he just laughed saying it's my problem not theirs. Is this true? Or can I legally force them to repair the car?

Legally, yes. Via the courts, yes. But if the dealer is an itinerant it's going to be very difficult to enforce anything against him. Law here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
