What could be causing 'whirring' from my Ford Focus if not the wheel bearings?

I have a 52-plate Ford Focus, but there is a whirring sound when you drive it. I've had the four wheel bearings replaced but the sound is still there. I've even tried it with the clutch in or out, but it's still there. I've even driven the car and put the gearbox into neutral so the car is freewheeling, and the noise is still there. I had the wheel bearings done as this is what it sounds like. Any ideas?

It may be the clutch release bearing.
