What should I pay for a BMW E92 320D M Sport with 23,000 miles at auction?

Hope you can help. There is an auction with BCA (BMW open group) and the car that I am looking at is a BMW E92 320D M Sport with 23,000 miles, satellite navigation and a few other extras. I've spoken with the sales team who have informed me that the guide price is around £18K, however the trade price seems to be around £17,250. In your experience, how much would you expect a car like the one above to go for, and realistically how much do you think I should pay?

BMWs can fetch a lot at these auctions. Follow your instincts and don't be led.
