Can I charge my electric toothbrush using my Volkswagen camper's cigarette lighter?

I'm the happy owner of a Volkswagen camper. What would make me even happier is being able to charge my Braun electric toothbrush via the cigarette-lighter type socket that runs off my leisure battery. I've had no joy on internet searches and I leave on an extended trip very soon. Any bright ideas?

Get an Oral B disposable electric toothbrush for £6, or £9 for a pack of two. Lasts about three months.
