How can we stop a trader from using our road as a car park?

We are a small garage operating at the end of a small cul-de-sac along with one other garage next to us. We have a problem with a trader who sells cars from their MoT garage with 6 cars on their forecourt and another 28 on our road. They also buy and repair write-offs, which are stored on our road and making it look awful. Any advice on how we can deal with this?

The cars will not be taxed or insured, so that is your route to getting rid of them. Take all the registrations and report to the police. It will be impossible for the trader to insure all of them on his trade insurance.
