Faulty anti-splash valve on Renault Twingo

I own a 2009 Renault Twingo with 26,000 miles on the clock. A few weeks ago it developed a problem with the refuelling system and discovered it had a problem with the anti-splash valve. I took it to a garage, which fitted a new tank, with 70 per cent contribution from Renault UK, but the fault persist. What should I do?

In that case you don't have to pay anything. The fault was not fixed so they have to give you your money back until they have actually fixed it.
