Does anyone make a hoist system for loading luggage into cars?

I have recently had the joy of acquiring an electric buggy and, whereas my wife and I can load and unload it into my Alhambra, I find it much more difficult on my own. It occurred to me that a pulley system, possibly electric, could be designed to screw into the roof of the hatch opening to make things much easier. I have never seen such a thing but there would seem to be a good market for it and I wondered if the manufacturers had thought of it.
