Which 3 Series tyres?

I have just got a BMW 318i SE 2009. It has runflat tyres and I am finding the suspension very uncomfortable. Can you recommend any tyres that would give a softer ride?

Smaller wheels with deeper profile tyres. 16" with 205/60 R15s or 3205/55 R16s.
