Replacing a Rover 200 with a spacious small car

I have owned a brilliant Rover 200 for over 12 years.

Can you please suggest a replacement which is not more than six inches longer and, with the child seat removed and back seats folded down, capable of carrying two adults, a set of golf clubs and two drop handlebar bicycles (with front wheels removed) inside the hatchback boot.
