Astra van hesitant

I have an Astra van DTI 1.7. It drives spot on, plenty of power, no warning lights etc. but if I put my foot down sometimes it has a quick miss of power or a 'jerk' feeling, then it's fine again. After it's done this it's followed with a cloud of black smoke. It can be fine for ages then it will do it again, only when flooring it. If you drive slow etc. it's fine.

Have not been on a long motorway run for a long time, could it be getting a little clogged up? It's had all filters changed and it has a new turbo which has 86k on. The van has 114k on it.

Difficult to diagnose as it only happens now and again.
Would suggest that you look at
1. Air Cleaner ( when last changed)
2. Faulty EGR ( exhaust gas recycling unit) ie clogged up
3. Injectors need servicing , on and around 100k to 120 k injectors need attention
4. You may want to just try giving the van a good run along the motorway at 70mph for at least 30 mins to see if this helps.
