Should I get new discs and pads for my Jimny?

At 31k miles the MOT "advisory" mentioned Front Brake pads (the originals) on my Suzuki Jimny were wearing thin.

Horizon Suzuki also advised me at the same time that Front Brake Discs were corroded (status Amber). Would you bite the bullet and change the brake discs now when the pads are replaced or would new pads alone suffice?

My Suzuki dealer had also suggested my tyres should be changed on the grounds of age even though the originals are well within legal depth and not showing visible signs of damage.

Change the discs as well otherwise they will chew up the new pads in to time.

Debatable about the tyres. This is hardly a high speed vehicle.
