How much does damage from smoking cost?

How much does it de-value the price of a car with the stink and discolouration of the inside?

Smoke and dog smell will put any private buyer off, and I'd knock at least 10% off trade price paid for such a car.
Online car remarketer Autorola claims the reduction in value of a smoked-in car tends to be between £250 and £500.
