Steel wheels for winter tyres

I am buying winter tyres on your recommendation for my Ford Kuga. I have decided to go for 235/55 R17 Dunlop Winter Sport 3D to match the circumference of the current 235/50 R18's fitted from new.

I'm hoping this will improve the ride quality and also save a bob or two. I want to go for steel wheels as it seems stupid the expose alloys to winter salt & grit when not necessary.

Is there anything I should be watching out for while buying steel wheels - for example, will any steel wheel retain the same track dimensions as the original alloys?

Also, can you recommend a company that can supply such wheels (I've tried Micheldever but they don't stock 17" steels)?

I don't know what steel wheels are available for the Kuga. I've never seen one with them on. The wheel and tyre circumference is greater than on a Focus or C-Max, so you cannot simply use Focus/C-Max wheels.
