What is my 1966 VW Beach Buggy worth?

I'm looking to sell my 1966 VW Beach Buggy, it's been sitting in a garage for about 9 years, the car starts and has pearlescent purplish paintwork.

I'm looking to ascertain what sort of price I can get for it, is this something you can advise on?

Valuing a classic is difficult because condition and age can vary considerably. The best way to get an idea for what you could sell your Volkswagen for is to look at other examples for sale, and find one that is a similar age and condition to yours.
