Does my Ford Mondeo Ghia, built December 2008, have a cam belt or chain?

Timing chain. But at 14-years, it might be an idea to have it checked at the next annual service. Chains are designed to last the life of the engine, but they can become worn, damaged or stretched over time. It's unlikely it'll need to be replaced, but always better to be safe than sorry.
