Will I have to pay the daily ULEZ charge for my parked camper van?

I live within the extended ULEZ that comes into force in October 2021. My diesel Volkswagen camper will no longer be compliant. Can I leave my van parked (taxed with MoT and insurance) outside my house on the public road and not pay the new ULEZ daily charge if I do not use/drive it? Or does it have to be parked off-road or on private property to avoid the daily fee?

You will only pay the ULEZ fee when you drive your car within the zone. Stationary parked vehicles are not subject to any ULEZ charges.
