Running out of MG

My wife has a 1947 MG TC, which was restored in 1995.The insurance has an agreed valuation of £19,000, based on the cost of the restoration. The car is used very little now and my wife reluctantly thinks she should sell the car. Please can you tell us the best way to sell the vehicle?
